Sorry. I was being over simplistic again. When I said “Booklet” I meant “track list”. In this example the booklet and track list are all in English so the language in this example is English. (I don’t understand the emoticon, sorry)
I realise there are always unusual edge cases, but this is not the situation here.
The question had been about “instrumental” so I realise that st3v3p was being confused by the lyrics. This is why I was guiding him to look at the language in the book and not the words of the songs. (I am sorry, I didn’t realise I had explain this so badly
