Help - How do I see my files? / reset the UI

I’ve tried resetting all defaults, uninstalled Picard and rebooted…(windows 10)

Try to delete the following path

%appdata%\MusicBrainz\Picard\

or at least the included

 %appdata%\MusicBrainz\picard.ini
