Hello, this is the result of previous discussion on Edit #140860045 - MusicBrainz .
I voted ‘no’ on an edit to change join phrase “feat.” to “feat”. I was working under the assumption join phrases should follow the language guidelines (re: capitalization & abbreviation). I was happy to find join phrase capitalization in the style guideline (Style / Artist Credits - MusicBrainz), but I fail to find any mentioning abbreviation (seems the same for DarkAdonis).
If “feat” is printed on the release, should we leave the join phrase as printed, “feat”, or should we correct the punctuation for an abbreviation, “feat.”?
