Genres causing "saves" to always happen - last.fm plugin

I am in the process of re-working a lot of my library and I am finding each time I re-launch the program and add my folders 90% of my library needs to be re-saved because the genres are being re-ordered, back and forth over and over again.

I am using the Last.fm plugin with use artist tags checked. Folks is turned off. What could trigger this?

If you are re-tagging, then turn off the Last.fm plugin and turn on the Keep Tags plugin. Use the Keep Tags plug to freeze the genre tags into place.

That at least stops the madness until someone can look at the issue in the plugin.
