Featured artist in Single release with two tracks?

I’m working on the “Release groups with titles containing featured artists” report and came across this release:

It is a Single release with two tracks. One is credited to the artist only while the second track has a featured artist. Since the featured artist isn’t on both tracks, should they appear in the artist credits for the release and release group? Asking here before I change the release/RG.

Since the featuring artist is mentioned on the front cover, I would add him to the release artist as well.
