Can you please try that again - we know of the problem, but we can never reproduce it, so we’ve been unable to fix it.
I also got that e-mail yesterday, and when visiting the LB service connection page Spotify showed as disconnected.
When I tried reconnecting I first got a server error. But after reload the page showed me it was connected again, and it also seems to work. I was busy at the time and did not check for the actual error code or message the server was sending.
Yes, it was Spotify’s problem this time – we didn’t do anything wrong (for a change).
