Empty neighboor bubble

if you go to the listenbrainz page for the Bohicas

and you look at the neighboorhood you will find 1 empty buble.

if you click on that buble you wil get a page not found

but if i look that artist id up in musicbrainz i do get an artist

how come this artist page is broken in listenbrainz?

Thanks for reporting the issue!

The cause for it was that this artist was merged into another artist, and the neighborhood code in ListenBrainz did not redirect to the merged entity.
If you open SOFT PLAY - MusicBrainz and take note of the ID in the URL bar, you’ll notice that you get redirected from f7a98893-… (the artist that was merged) to e33c7d5a-… (the artist that it was merged into).

@anshgoyal31 has fixed the issue in fix: Fetch Artist info for redirected MBIDs by anshg1214 · Pull Request #3093 · metabrainz/listenbrainz-server · GitHub so expect it to be deployed soon.
