Digital media with same UPC but missing label

Bittersweet by John Tejada & Plaid is listed on Deezer, Spotify, and Apple Music with UPC 198342619131 and label Palette Recordings.

On Bandcamp, the album has the same UPC, but it’s listed on John Tejada’s site and doesn’t link to a label.

I’m inclined to merge this and this into a single release since Palette Recordings is Tejada’s own label and since he lists other releases that seem to unambiguously be from Palette on his Bandcamp site, e.g. Performance Review | John Tejada. As far as I can tell, there’s no separate Bandcamp site for Palette, and http://paletterecordings.com/ even redirects to https://johntejada.bandcamp.com/.

I figured I’d check here before creating a merge edit, though.

Seems I remember similar situations from previous discussions with Bandcamp. I think it’s safe to treat them as the same, especially if you know he owns the label.
