With “Use standardized artist names” and “Translate artist names to English” selected Picard tags Rachmaninoff as Sergei Rachmaninoff in the artist tag, but as Sergei Vasilievich Rachmaninoff in the composer tag. I would rather not have this discrepancy, are there any settings I can change to achieve this?

Basically the relationships use the artist as set in “credited as”. Is this set for your specific case?

The problem doesn’t seem to be related to relationship credits, I see the same behavior when tagging any recordings of works composed by Rachmaninoff, regardless of whether or not the “credited as” field is set.
I see similar behavior for Igor Stravinsky: in composer tags he always appears as Igor Fyodorovitch Stravinsky.
