Can someone tell me where the cover art is downloaded. I have it selected and I see that is says downloading. But don’t see the cover art.
Cover art images are downloaded to system temporary directory.
If you want to know where exactly, press Show more details button below under the cover art box (right/bottom), it will open a dialog, select Artwork tab, and mouse over image thumbnail, temporary path will appear in a tooltip. If you double-click on the image Picard will attempt to open the image with an external viewer.

If your viewer is Windows 10’s default Photos application, you can right click the image after opening it and click ‘Save as’ to save it wherever you want instead of having to browse to the folder that it’s in.
