Count of albums changed after next music load in Picard

I once suggested that you could sort by album icon (green rectangle).

But that was hard to do in the answer.

So is it possible to at least provide the number of albums that have changed after reloading the music directory into Picard?

That would make searching easier. If the result was 0, I wouldn’t have to scroll through my list because there would be no changes.

I had to select everything in the right panel and press Save.

The message says 14199 files to save.

I think that so many saves are not needed, because there are about 20 changed albums.

The SSD’s lifespan will be reduced by unnecessary TBW. :wink:

It would be nice to have the option “Save only changed albums”.
