Hello, i am new to using this app on my computer. I am having an issue when loading my library into the app to get it all named and sorted correctly, a good bit of albums show up but i am having many show up as a red disk and it says could not load album and then a bunch of letters and numbers. If i right click and hit info it simply says network access is disabled… what does that mean and how do i fix it? Any help is greatly appreciated
Could be just a temporary networking issue. Does it work if you right click an affected album and use “Refresh”?
Also make sure you are using the latest Picard 2.1.2 version. Picard 2.1 had a bug that could show a loading issue (but actually this should only trigger if you tried to tag some previously tagged files).
