So browsing through and adding details of The Proms 2022, I found a performance of Concerto “Flute Concerto” - MusicBrainz

Exploring further, I discovered that this work was dedicated to Adam Walker and was commissioned by the Borletti-Buitoni Trust and London Symphony Orchestra.

Now adding Adam Walker as dedicatee, Schott Music [International] as publisher and London Symphony Orchestra as one of the commissioners but I’m unsure how to add the Borletti-Buitoni Trust (https://www.bbtrust.com/) as a second cominssioner; or more specifically whether to add the trust as a label, which they perhaps technically aren’t, or an artist, which they definitely aren’t (or if there’s some alternative I’ve missed).

I’d probably add it as a label, since that’s the closest we have to just “organization”
