However: Jennifer Frost is no normative instance (even if I’m on her side for the rules and it is a nice summary).
The Wikipedia guidelines do also include that rule. Only the first para was posted above, you need to read the whole thing.

Yeah, sometimes my brain thinks I type or say things that get omitted by mistake. I hate when that happens. I meant NOT to capitalize.
