Bonus Tracks in Bandcamp releases

In a recent album I added I noticed that you get a bonus track when purchasing the full album off Bandcamp. Should that be included in the track list like a normal track or be separated into a second medium, or something else entirely?

EDIT: For clarification, the bonus track has a title and the metadata lists it as the 10th track in the release, but only 9 tracks are listed on the Bandcamp page.

I think this is basically identical to hidden tracks on physical releases. So yes, Iā€™d say add it to the release. But make sure to add an annotation to the release explaining this.

I would add a few words to the annotation about the hidden bonus track.
