Artist field sorting differences

Hi.

I’ve noticed a difference in sorting the Artist tag.

MB treats fonts:
Øystein Sevåg

Öszibarack

Édith Piaf

like the Japanese ones at the end of the line.

MP3Tag does it probably better:

Øystein Sevåg as O

Öszibarack as O

Édith Piaf as E

There are various ways how to sort, depending on context and language.

E.g. in German an “ä” would usually be sorted together with “a”, while in Danish an “ä” gets sorted together with “æ” after the “z”.

But we could check if there are ways to improve the sorting in Picard, maybe depending on UI language. Could you add a feature request on https://tickets.metabrainz.org/browse/PICARD ?
