I get a lot of this question being asked on this forum website.

These are browser based so you need to go through the settings to turn these off and on.
For chrome go in to your settings
Privacy and security.
Site Settings
Notifications
From there you can turn off notifications globally and how it prompts you to allow notifications.
You can add and remove sites permanently from the list.

I guess you are, like me, using Firefox for Android (for its extension support, user scripts, user CSS, uBlock, and everything)! 
Unfortunately, it’s not being updated until they release their next browser, or until Discourse patches something, we are asked once a day to accept or reject tactile feedback (haptic, vibrations).
