AcoustID Network Errors

I’ve been methodically cleaning up my entire music collection for the past month - with great success. But off and on for the last couple days I’ve been running into errors like this:

E: 09:37:09,203 /usr/lib/picard/picard/webservice/__init__._handle_reply:456: Network request error for http://api.acoustid.org:80/v2/lookup: Error transferring http://api.acoustid.org:80/v2/lookup - server replied: Bad Gateway (QT code 499, HTTP code 502)
E: 09:37:09,217 /usr/lib/picard/picard/acoustid/__init__._on_lookup_finished:82: AcoustID: Lookup network error for '/mnt/media/username/Music/Artist Name/Album Name/TrackName.mp3': 'Error transferring http://api.acoustid.org:80/v2/lookup - server replied: Bad Gateway', b'<html>\r\n<head><title>502 Bad Gateway</title></head>\r\n<body>\r\n<center><h1>502 Bad Gateway</h1></center>\r\n<hr><center>nginx</center>\r\n</body>\r\n</html>\r\n'
E: 09:37:09,217 /usr/lib/picard/picard/file._lookup_finished:733: Network error encountered during the lookup for /mnt/media/username/Music/Artist Name/Album Name/TrackName.mp3. Error code: 499

It is intermittent, however. Is anybody else seeing this?

For what it’s worth, I’m running MusicBrainz Picard version 2.5.6 on Linux Mint 20.1. I upgraded yesterday from version 2.3.1 thinking that might help, but it did not.

13 minutes after those error logs, now it’s working. The last error logged was at 9:42 am central. It’s working now at 9:50 am central.

Seeing the same errors again this morning. Is there a protocol for reporting these errors directly to AcoustID?
