What does the number next to the link in the post mean? Is it the number of people who clicked on the link? In my case, only 2 people clicked Silesia? Does Incognito mode interfere with the counting?

It’s about the heart under every post. Previously: clicking the “like” heart showed users who had liked it. Currently: clicking the “like” heart takes you to login.
