YouTube "full album" videos apply as releases or not? Standalone recordings associated?

Let’s say an artist/band release their albums in such way:

  • as a release with several tracks as digital files or on CD/other media, as usual;

  • as a “full album” video posted on their YouTube channel: one video per release group, all the tracks compiled back to back with timestamps, mostly with a static image of the cover-art, but sometimes with additional video components.

Does the full album video count as a separate, one-track release different from the regular 7-track digital release, or is it okay to just link the full-album YouTube video in the links of the digital release (thus appearing as “Play on YouTube” in the links sidebar)? Or a standalone “compilation” recording? Is “video” box checked?

Thank you!
