one of the things i really want to see on MBz is better categorisation of works for traditional music. my focus here is Irish, Scottish, English and US/Canadian traditional music, since that’s what i’m mostly interested in, but any trad/folk works are fair game.
to that end, i’ve created a collection for release groups of traditional music that are missing work relationships for some or all of their recordings: Collection “trad: needs works added” - MusicBrainz . i’ll be adding new releases to that collection as i come across them.
this is way too much work for me to do by myself, so if anyone else would like to help, please feel free! also, let me know if you’d like to be added as a collaborator on the collection.
