Whenever you enter a relationship link for genius.com, musicbrainz forces the link to be http:// even though Genius is a https:// site. This seems counterproductive, no?

There’s been a ticket for this in the pipeline for over a year. JIRA tickets related to URLs have been shoved on the backburner for the past several years. I’ve got plenty of other tickets like this in the pipeline; nothing has been done with many of them.

To be fair, a lot of those have been fixed (for future URLs). Mostly what hasn’t been done is fixing older URLs to match the newer style, because that’s a lot more work
