What is the artist really? Electric Shock Can Kill or EndZeit Effekt?

I have added this release as an Electric Shock Can Kill release as that what it says at Electric Shock Can Kill - the first moments ( EndZeit Effekt : 2002-2009 ) | Jamendo Music - Free music downloads but it also says

“EndZeit Effekt” was my first music project from 2002 to 2009 … at the beginning of 2015 the project “Electric Shock Can Kill” was born…

Both names are on the cover.

Seems to me like the album is a retrospect/tribute to the former project, but the release is by the new one. It could also be a compilation of recordings by the old project then it might make sense to use the “EndZeit Effekt” as the artist for the tracks and recordings, but I’d keep “Electric Shock Can Kill” as the release artist.
