# Unable to submit one specific fingerprint

This is a known issue that some submissions get stuck in pending state. There are several topics about this here on the forums, e.g. [Timeframe for Pending Submissions By New App](https://community.metabrainz.org/t/timeframe-for-pending-submissions-by-new-app/709167)
There is not much we AcoustID users can do about that, though. This needs to be fixed on the AcoustID side. See the issue report
