It is marked as a German AND Argentinian release.
I have the Icarus copy and there’s no indication of the SPV catalog number or anything pointing to a “german release” since it’s “made in” and “for” Argentina.
Also it has the images of the Icarus release
Should I create a separate release, leave it this way, any thoughts?

If your cover art is exactly the same as the scans attached to that release then there’s no need to make a new one.
The question is why Germany has been added - perhaps it was distributed there?
Germany was added far back in the edit history, before more specific release details were added, so it’s most likely that it can be removed: Edits for Diamonds Unlocked - MusicBrainz
Pinging @Jormangeud and @InvisibleMan78 who previously edited release countries for that release.

Yes I already modified it since everything points to the Argentinian release.
