No, [you can make a ticket](https://tickets.metabrainz.org/) if you would like it implemented, looks like nobody has ever requested.

I would usually say that you could also add the functionality, but this might be something that the core team has to handle. Now that we have Oauth it might be possible? I’m not sure if the Oauth work is completed, though.

I would be grateful if 2FA were implemented. This really should be encouraged amongst those of us who have more ‘powerful’ account permissions.
