Two editions or not?

I have two versions of Die Chance by Werner Toelcke:
1st edition from 1978 and 2nd edition from 1980

The work seems to be identical, but at the end there are different extracts of other books as promotion. And in addition one is numbered, so the page count isn’t equal for both editions.

Is this enough for a second entry or should I put it into the annotation field?

I think we should only advise against separate editions when there really is no discernible difference.
