There’s a way to know the Major owner of a Label using MusicBrainz API? For exemple, could I know that Parlaphone is under WMG umbrella?

You probably want something like
https://musicbrainz.org/ws/2/label/df7d1c7f-ef95-425f-8eef-445b3d7bcbd9?inc=label-rels
and look for <relation type=“label-ownership”>
