and my genre additions are staying at zero and one existing genre’s number did not increase.
Some have downvotes. What tags are you trying to add?
Everything is working as expected, these tags had more downvotes than upvotes (one to be precise) before you have upvoted them. Now downvotes and upvotes are balanced.
By downvoting them I could push them back to “-1” even:
