I assume those two Manowar albums are in your top albums list because of the death of one of their members?

I have five of their albums on CD, including Kings of Metal. It’s kinda cheesy but I like the spoken word track on that album where grandpa tells his grandson a story: … THEY WERE THE METAL KINGS!" into the high-pitched scream.

Ross the Boss was a legend. I remember the first time I heard Battle Hymns or Into Glory Ride. Those solos blew your mind.

I remember Blood of the Kings when I was around 16, and all my friends and I knew the speech by heart—ahaha. Or how could you forget the lyrics in Hail and Kill: “May your sword stay wet like a young girl in her prime”… pretty cancelable by today’s standards.
