Standardise_performers plugin doesn't work with python3

I encounter the same:

Picard 2.0.2 released! Signed macOS releases!

With some regularity I get a red disc icon indicating ‘error’ in the right side pane. So this is probably not a Picard 2.x issue but an issue with the plugin?
Then hopefully @Sophist is able to take a look at it.
