Hello! I am trying to upload my Spotify extended streaming history, but keep getting a message saying there was an error creating an import of my data with a code 500. Is this just a server side issue I simply wait out? If it matters, the data goes back to 2011 and I am indeed uploading the zip file. Thanks for your time.

Hello, sorry for the long delay, we are finally catching up on this issue.  
It is an issue on the server, and one that only happeneed in certain circumstances, which made it hard ot track.  
We’re working on resolving it, and I will keep you posted once a fix is out.

I’m having the exact same issue. My zip file is around 10MB, ranging from 2012 to 2026. Also getting an error code 500 when uploading the zip file.

Edit: tried again a couple of days later and now it worked.
