I want to add this Bandcamp single that contains two tracks. However, there’s also this single in MB that contains the first track of the single I want to add and nothing else. Should I use the existing release group or create a new, separate one?
EDIT: I’ve also just realized the two track single is also available on vinyl. Does that change anything?
Yes, same release group. Note that they both have the same Release Date. Add vinyl into same RG too.
I’ve just found this release group that contains a single featuring same track as the single I wanna add but in reversed order. Should I use that one instead?

They are all the same single. So they should all be in the same Release Group.
Pick the oldest Release Group of the two, then merge the other Release Group into it. And add all these variations of this same single put into the chosen Release Group.
One Release Group to hold every example you have shown in this thread as they are all variations of the same single released on that same date.
Ok, I’ve imported the release to the oldest RG and now I’m merging the two RGs.
