On the Work editor page there is a field for adding the language in the “What is the Work called?” section and again in the “What else do you know about the Work?” section.
I would have thought once was enough.

The first refers to the language of the title itself, the second to the language of the content. There are often cases where the translations of a work use the original title for some editions and a translated title (or even a completely different title in the translation’s language) for others.
