Hello, I am Anudeep, a CSE student from Hyderabad. I have previously worked on MERN and Android projects and I am interested in the development of admin system for BookBrainz, I was looking into the repo and setup the site locally, I am wondering whether we have to solve an issue or issue a pull request but there are no issues in the repo of BookBrainz-site. So, only drafting the proposal is enough to get started?
