Fires like this are as sad to see as Notre-Dame burning in Paris!
Pictures of fire fighters rescuing unique artefacts of history are the same in both cases.

I’ve read both of them. What’s most alarming is the fact they knew how catastrophic the damage was and conspired to cover it up, neglecting to tell anyone (especially the affected artists/estates) for fear of backlash.

Same. Reminded me of the discussion of the music industry not really being motivated to do things consistently / preserve info.
