I was scrolling through my ListenBrainz listens when I noticed that all the listens for the track [_Awake and Alive_](https://open.spotify.com/track/0nkzd3yNniB767zSDDdLZ3) by [Skillet](https://musicbrainz.org/artist/16a43d5e-c52d-4eaa-9c3b-00b2c1d8e816) were from the album [_iTunes Session_](https://musicbrainz.org/release/c9c97f50-ed96-43e2-8439-969224732ca1), even though the track I was listening to (on Spotify) was from the Spotify album [_Awake_](https://open.spotify.com/album/0RySAmM6oDPGSE03X3dzi1). I thought that this was no big deal, and went to relink the listens to be from [_Awake_](https://musicbrainz.org/release/5bd215d9-03cd-43b5-8b16-4356398bfe04) instead. I linked the listen to [_Awake and Alive_](https://musicbrainz.org/recording/6f023a36-8bfe-4357-9033-2310f0ce1a1f) in the digital release album and called it a day. I checked ListenBrainz a couple of days later, and found a bunch of new listens for a remix of _Awake and Alive_ called _Awake and Alive - The Quickening_. I had linked all of the listens for non-remix of _Awake and Alive_ to the remix by accident. I thought I had just made a misclick, but it turns out that _ **all** _ of the recordings of _Awake and Alive_ in the entire [_Awake_ release group](https://musicbrainz.org/release-group/f2b45cd0-d840-4723-b503-30c56e4a56f3) were merged into the recording for [_Awake and Alive - The Quickening_](https://musicbrainz.org/recording/6f023a36-8bfe-4357-9033-2310f0ce1a1f). I don’t have the CD for _Awake_ so I cannot verify that the CD release is incorrect, but the [digital release of _Awake_](https://musicbrainz.org/release/5bd215d9-03cd-43b5-8b16-4356398bfe04) is definitely incorrect as all three of the external links have the original unremixed _Awake and Alive_ as track #4. I’m fairly new to MusicBrainz, so I thought I would ask for some advice before I start changing 10+ releases. Also, while finding the references I found out that the version of _Awake and Alive_ from iTunes Session isn’t the same song I was listening to on Spotify anyways.
