One title, multiple tracks. Style?

I’ve got rear CA tracklist. Not in hand.

It reads like this
[tracks] 3/5 Le Coran: Bismi Al.là ar Rahman (VIIe siècle)
[tracks] 6/7 Apocalypse VI, 12-3: Audi Pontus (XIIe siècle)

There is (almost certainly) a detailed track list in the accompanying book. Not to hand or viewable however.

How might the MB tracklist look with currently available data?

I would probably either append " (part X)" to the title, or add it in the Recording disambiguation.
