Noob Question: File Name & Album Title Not Saving

I just used MusicBrainz for the first time and it worked great at finding the info. However, it’s failing to change the Name of the folder and file as it has to the Title and Album Info (see screenshot below). I’ve looked thru the options and this forum, but I’m not finding a way to do what I’m asking(?)

In Options > File Naming enable Rename Files and Move Files with the destination directory set to your Music folder.
