How long it takes that a new page get votes? What if a new artist page 0/0 votes after 1-2 weeks have?

if an edit gets 0 votes, it will apply after 7 days
if it gets 3 unanimous yes votes, it will be applied quicker
if it gets more no votes than yes votes, it will be rejected
