I don’t understand anything about scripts. I tried to read up on it, understand it, tested it, but nothing works. Could you please help me create my naming script?
I want this folder to contain the artist’s name, followed by the album name, followed by [record number-track number] title found in application

Hi, the structure you describe is very much the default naming script.
Have you already tried renaming files with Picard? You will need to setup file moving and renaming in the options under “File naming”. Set the target folder where you want your files placed (the one where all the Artist folders should be created) and enable both moving and renaming. Then try this with a copy of a few albums.
