how can the following release group be removed oder edited?
I’ve reworked the release to correct artist and title (“Encore - Le Disk Jockey”) and added it to the existing matching release group. https://musicbrainz.org/edit/64968250
Now the old release group is still there, but no longer has a release (and hopefully it will not get any more ;-)) What did I do wrong? Answer also possible in German.
You should merge release groups (from https://musicbrainz.org/release-group/c2510dc1-2ea0-3981-8b89-b39542aa08c2 to https://musicbrainz.org/release-group/6d4ce486-3635-4ed6-ae88-00ed02fbdf16)

Another (bad) option would have been to remove the remaining discogs link in incorrect RG, and the (then empty) RG would have been deleted after some time, but merging is preferred, see https://musicbrainz.org/doc/Merge_Rather_Than_Delete
In such case, you may first merge release groups (explaining why), and once done, merge/fix releases.
