Missing relationship? Owner and/or manager of a venue

Francis Claude was also the owner and “director” (manager) of an historic cabaret in Paris: https://musicbrainz.org/place/d96aea2b-54d4-4992-add7-82759351f479

Technically he didn’t “founded” this cabaret (it was already one), but changed its name in 1949, then directed it (with another person, not in database) til 1963, the place closed in 1965.

Do we lack of a relationship for this?
Do you happen to know other similar cases?
What do you think?

Owner, yes, but I was also thinking about “managed by” or “directed by” or the like. Not always the same entity owning and/or managing, especially nowadays.
