Those IPs aren’t blocked on our side.
It would be weird if both were anyway.
What issue are you encountering exactly?
Apparently musicbrainz.org seems to have gotten blocked in russia. There was some discussion about this on irc yesterday, see IRC Logs for #metabrainz | MetaBrainz Chatlogs

That’s your local network IP address, not the one that appears in your internet connections. To find your public IP address, you can check with a site such as https://whatismyipaddress.com/

Hi, Yes I can access that now. Seems my access is now back fully, something must have happened overnight, couldn’t access anything yesterday, today it’s all back up and working. The joys of computers.

@Fromville Actually that the reverse, musicbrainz.org is blocked by Russia since few weeks.
Since it was noticed, we deployed alternative .eu you may want to use it instead.

Damn. What in the world that freaking web police didn’t like about a music catalog? Well, I actually can access .org via proxy .pac file. What is really annoying is that it doesn’t work with tag editing soft and I have turn on the VPN every time I need to tag something, and there’s nothing else I can do about it, is there?

Adobe Audition stopped being able to give me track titles from gnudb recently, and I stumbled my way to a few days of good success using Exact Audio Copy, specifying MusicBrainz as the source for metadata. Since a few hours ago that does not work, with popup box reading:

Status of downloading CD information
Can’t connect to MusicBrainz!
I don’t suppose my IP is blocked, as I can view the MusicBrainz and metabrainz main pages in my browser.
But just in case, my IP is 73.127,195.128 currently.

If you have access to the website from the same machine, it is clearly not blocked by us. And I checked to be sure, it isn’t.
Maybe contact EAC about it?
