Hi,
since there is no lyricistsort and conductorsort, is it possible to fill these fields with sort-name instead of name? I want that the name in lyricist and conductor is “Smith, John” instead of “John Smith”.
I have no idea how I can accomplish this by scripting.
These fields aren’t available via scripting. You can use Classical Extras 2.0 to save lyricist sort name, but I find it non-intuitive to setup as desired. I don’t know if it offers conductor sort name.
Classical Extras will give you lyricists_sort and conductor_sort among other fields. It is quite a feature-rich plugin 
but I am happy to deal with any questions in the Classical Extras thread. All I ask is that you read the help file first.
