Hi all,
I’m having an issue with ListenBrainz scrobbling from Roon, and after some troubleshooting on the Roon forums I was advised to contact ListenBrainz directly.
What’s happening

Live listens (“Now Playing”) appear instantly on ListenBrainz.

But no listens are being saved to my history, and Your Stats has not updated for over a week.

My last recorded scrobbles are from more than a week ago, even though I’ve been listening daily.
What I’ve already checked

Restarted the Roon Server software.

I run Pi‑hole + Unbound, and I recently updated Pi‑hole, so I checked for DNS blocking.

Verified that the following domains are not being blocked, and I whitelisted them anyway:

listenbrainz.org -
api.listenbrainz.org -
musicbrainz.org

No VPN, no browser extensions blocking scripts, and the issue persists across browsers.
Why I think the issue could be on the ListenBrainz side
Since live listens appear correctly, Roon appears to be submitting the data successfully. The problem seems to be that ListenBrainz is not writing the listens into my permanent history or not updating the Stats page, even after the usual delay.

Is there a known issue with the Stats pipeline or listen ingestion at the moment?

Is there any way to force a refresh of my listening history?

Is there anything else I can check on my side to help diagnose this?
