Imagine an album thatā€™s all FLAC, except for an interlude or something in 192, because the ripper thought ā€˜well thereā€™s nothing useful on the trackā€™. Ouch :wink:

As the ripper is yourself, that does not really compare. :slight_smile:
Anyway, I donā€™t think itā€™s that interesting to store 4 MB JPG for a plain grey tray photo.
It consumes Earthā€™s resources for what purpose? whereas the ultimate thing, if one cares enough for the music it contains ā€” who would care for an plain colour tray? ā€” is to go out and grab a copy of it. :stuck_out_tongue:
