Just get the origial release year nothing else from picard

I’ve had a read through the docs and I’ve seen some responses that say - oh you’ve already got some scripts, add parts to that.

But simply put, I just want picard to go through my collection and flag the original / earliest release of that track by that artist. I don’t care if it was on a greatest hits album 10 years later and that’s where the track is from, I just want the original release date.

Can anyone help point me to the simplest way of doing that (and if it’s scripting, then I’ll go look at how to do that)
