When a CD is included with a video release such as a live DVD, and only that audio source is released digitally, can they be grouped under the same release group?
For example, as with the following video release and digital album:

In my opinion: The extremely similar marketing, title, cover design, etc implies that the artist/label intent is for them to be the same ‘release group’, one version with bonus content.
