Is this really the ‘DJ from Belfast, Northern Ireland’ as the disambiguation says?
The link to Discogs https://www.discogs.com/artist/1287465 IMHO shows another person then Jason Luís Cheetham (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jay_Kay).

Should we move the release https://musicbrainz.org/release-group/b4125fbb-33a8-4ba1-8c1f-6941eb3491b2 to a new artist or change the disambiguation and Discogs link?

The artist was added in 2014, that album in March. I just moved it to the right artist.
